Habit 1 – do you morning exercises. You don’t have to justify your laziness with a lack of time and the fact that you exercise later that day. Instead, cleanse your skin as soon as you get home, and apply lotion or treatment (ideal time for such treatments is before 10 p.m.) After a while you will begin feeling tempted to do this, and it will be as necessary as taking off your shoes.
