1. Obesity from overeating.
Overeating is the main cause of weight problems in the world. If you accumulate fat uniformly in all parts of the upper body, it means you eat too much sugar and generally overeat.
You yourself may think that it’s not the case, saying, colleagues or family members eat even more, but don’t gain weight that fast. What can I say? Most likely, you underestimate the amount you eat and overestimate the amount eaten by others.
In general, if you have this problem, three simple rules will help you. First, drink 500 ml of pure water half an hour before each meal. It will help you eat less for lunch or dinner.
Second, start drinking coffee and tea without sugar (soon you’ll get used to it and will even begin to like it), and quit all sweets altogether for some time.
Third, make sure you devote at least 30 minutes a day (every day!) to moderate exercise. Exercise is your everything!
2. “Nervous” stomach.
If you accumulate fat exclusively in the abdomen, then the cause is either depression or stress or a constant feeling of anxiety with which you have to live.
People suffering from “nervous stomach” eat a lot of sweets to eat away “stress”. If you find a way to get anxious a little less, you’ll sharply reduce the consumption of sweets. This will get rid of excess fat.
3. Gluten obesity.
People who have extra weight accumulated in the hips, are victims of a hormonal imbalance or menopause. To fight this type of obesity you need to avoid smoking and alcohol, try to sit less and move more.
You need to “reset” your metabolism. Otherwise, you will be sighing all your life, watching the scales.
4. Atherogenic metabolic imbalance.
People with this type obesity generally accumulate fat in the abdominal cavity, and therefore have trouble breathing.
The first thing you need to do – stop drinking. And then – the traditional list: exercise in the morning, once or twice a week – work out in the gym, and a new diet. It involves more plant-based foods and less animal based.
5. Obesity of venous channels.
It is believed that we inherit genetically this type of obesity. Fat, centered in the legs, – is not the result of poor lifestyle choices. Everything is much worse.
Women with this type of obesity are struggling with swollen feet all the time. Especially, this problem is exacerbated during pregnancy.
People suffering from obese legs often need to run around and climb the stairs. Give regular load for your legs!
6. Obesity from inactivity.
This type of obesity is typical for people who used to be very physically active. For example, doing sports or heavy physical labor. And now they are inactive, sitting in the office or car, and because of that they get a huge belly.
To get rid of this problem, you need to avoid long periods of hunger. You need to eat more frequently than once or twice a day. Really. This will save you from chronic overeating at night.
You will unlikely start running, so you’ll have to seriously rebuild your approach to diet. Eat more often, but less. More vegetables, less pasta, more fruits, fewer donuts.
