1. Obesity from overeating.

Overeating is the main cause of weight problems in the world. If you accumulate fat uniformly in all parts of the upper body, it means you eat too much sugar and generally overeat.

People with this type obesity generally accumulate fat in the abdominal cavity, and therefore have trouble breathing.
The first thing you need to do – stop drinking. And then – the traditional list: exercise in the morning, once or twice a week – work out in the gym, and a new diet. It involves more plant-based foods and less animal based.

 

 

 

5. Obesity of venous channels.

It is believed that we inherit genetically this type of obesity. Fat, centered in the legs, – is not the result of poor lifestyle choices. Everything is much worse.
Women with this type of obesity are struggling with swollen feet all the time. Especially, this problem is exacerbated during pregnancy.
People suffering from obese legs often need to run around and climb the stairs. Give regular load for your legs!

 

 

6. Obesity from inactivity.

This type of obesity is typical for people who used to be very physically active. For example, doing sports or heavy physical labor. And now they are inactive, sitting in the office or car, and because of that they get a huge belly.
To get rid of this problem, you need to avoid long periods of hunger. You need to eat more frequently than once or twice a day. Really. This will save you from chronic overeating at night.
You will unlikely start running, so you’ll have to seriously rebuild your approach to diet. Eat more often, but less. More vegetables, less pasta, more fruits, fewer donuts.
