2 packs of nonfat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of flour
6 premature bananas
Sieve cottage cheese, mix with eggs and flour, stir vigorously. Mash bananas into paste and add to the cottage cheese mix. Spread in a cooking form. Bake at 180 degrees until the crust turns golden. The ingredients are based on 4-6 servings.
