Ingredients

1 cake (chocolate, lemon.
maderia, angel etc)
1 tub of cream cheese
1 big bar of chocolate (milk,
while or dark)
1/2 bar of chocolate for
drizzling (milk, white or dark)

chocolate chips
sprinkles
nuts
crushed biscuits

Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl (or food processor) crumb your cake into tiny pieces
2. Slowly add cream cheese (mixing thoroughly) until the mixture starts to bind together
3. Take a heap of mixture using a teaspoon (or tablespoon for larger cake balls) and roll into balls
4. Melt big bar of chocolate then, working quickly dunk in the cake balls and place on non stick baking paper
5. Melt the 1/2 bar of chocolate and drizzle over the top or try 1 of the other topping ideas
6. Refrigerate until chocolate has hardened (at least 1 hour)
7. Store cake balls in refrigerater using an air tight container
