The two most important ingredients here are SOUR CREAM and MARGARINE… Well, as well half the packet of baking powder and flour, as much as necessary.
250g of margarine (let stand unrefrigerated until soft)
300g of sour cream
2.5-3 tablespoons of flour (or as much as needed for soft, non-sticky dough)
0.5 packets of baking powder
No need to add sugar or eggs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then roll into balls, flatten, dip in sugar, and place on a cooking tray.
I used a flask glass to flatten out my cookies 😀
that’s about it… they’ve very soft and layery… if you don’t like sweets, dip it in sasame, cumin, poppy, or any other kind of seeds instead…
