1. Do exercises that strengthen your abdomen muscles. Repeat each one 20-30 times. Work out harder and harder once your body has adjusted to the exercises.
1.1 While lying on your back, cross your legs and raise them up. Keep reaching up with your legs to the point you have to lift your buttocks off the floor without using your arms. If you’re doing it right, your stomach will be sucked in with your abdomen muscles strained. This exercise is quite difficult but very effective if you want to achieve flat stomach.
1.2 Lie on your back, put your hands behind your head, bend your knees and lift your feet off the floor. When breathing out, strain your abdomen muscles and lift your upper torso, then go back to the previous position when breathing out.

1.3 Lie on your back, bend your knees and keep your legs parallel to the floor. Put your hands behind your head. Reach out to your left knee with your right elbow, and vice versa. This exercise will help you get a flat stomach and amazing contoured abs.
1.4 Lie on your back, put your hands under your buttocks, and lift your legs up while keeping them straight. You don’t have to go too high, just make sure you’re applying pressure to your muscles.
1.5 Lie on your side with your arms straight along your body, lift your upper torso and your legs simultaneously. This exercise will help you rid of belly fat and get a thinner waist. While standing on your knees, put your hands behind your head. Sit down so that your buttocks is on the floor and your legs are on the side. Go back up. Rotate each side.
1.6 Use any chance you get to exercise your abdomen muscles. Suck in your stomach, hold your breath for a few seconds, then relax when exhaling.

2. Take good care of your abdomen area. A simple massage you can do yourself regularly will help you tone your stomach. Gently massage the area clockwise. Slightly pinch your skin till it turns pink. That will make it more firm and tight.
While taking a bath or shower, use a body sponge to massage your stomach. Use a body scrub, which will not only make your skin smoother, but perfectly prepared for cosmetic treatments to follow.
Massage skin-tightening gels and lotions into your skin. Apply blue clay to the area around your belly, wrap it up in plastic wrap and leave on for half an hour. Take a shower.
3. Learn how to hula hoop, and get a massaging hoop to help you flatten your stomach fast. It might feel a little unpleasant and even painful at first, but you’ll get used to the exercise, and get to enjoy amazing looking abs!
