You will need:
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 cup of low-fat(10,5-12%) or medium-fat cream(16-29%)
½ teaspoons of vanilla essence
½ cups of large grain salt
ziplock plastic bags sized 4 litres and 0,5 litres
Mix sugar, cream, and vanilla essence; pour into one of the small bags and lock.
Fill half of a larger bag with ice, add salt, place the small bag inside, lock.
Shake the bag for 5 minutes (8 minutes if you’re using high-fat cream). Open the large bag and check to see if the ice cream has turned solid.
If not, continue shaking. When the ice cream is ready, rinse the small bag in cold water to wash off the salt.
Get a spoon, and enjoy your ice cream!
