Ingredients:

2 egg whites, cooled down
100g of powdered sugar
lemon juice

Homemade Meringue

Instructions:

1.    Whip the egg whites and powdered sugar into a thick mix, and add a few drops of lemon juice.
2.    Bake at 100 degrees for 1 hour in convection mode, and let stand in the oven for another hour to cool down.
