500g chicken breast
Dry (or fresh) herbs (I used dill)
For the filling:
Pepper, 2 pcs
100 grams of yellow cheese
Small bunch of green onions
For the sauce:
Tomato paste, 200 gr.
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cloves of garlic
Low-fat sour cream or natural yogurt
* Grind the chicken breast with the egg in a blender
* Mix with spices
* Spread an even layer of ground chicken breast and spices on kitchen paper
* If the “dough” sticks to your hands, dip your hands in cold water
* Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 18-20 minutes
* The dough should be slightly dry
* Meanwhile, make the sauce: mix the tomato paste with the spices, sour cream and mustard
* Cut the toppings
* Remove the crust from the oven, brush with sauce, spread the toppings
* Put it back in the oven for 15 minutes
* At the end, sprinkle on the cheese and leave in the oven for 1 more minute
