-250g of margarine
-3 glasses of flour
-2 tablespoons of sugar
-a pinch of salt
Grind four and butter into crumbs, then add sugar and salt. Spread half of the mix evenly in a cooking tray. For filling, grate 2 lemons or oranges (don’t forget to pick out the seeds first). Add 1 glass of sugar and 1 tablespoon of starch. Lay the filling over the crumbs, and sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.
Bake until fully cooked at 180 degrees. Let the cheesecake cool down and add orange jelly on top.
