Simple Doughnut-Shaped Bacon Pineapple Mozzarella Recipe

Bacon and mozzarella together are bound to satisfy your taste buds. Adding pineapple and the easy to eat doughnut shape finalize this delectable treat. These turn out the best on a grill.

Bacon Pineapple

– 1 can of sliced pineapple rings
– 25 to 30 slices of bacon
– 2 large onions; slice them so that they create 1/3 inch thick rings.
– 10 mozzarella cheese string sticks

1 – Get the grill ready and heated.
2 – Take the mozzarella sticks and cut them in half.
3 – Make them round and place inside the onion rings.
4 – Create the doughnut shape by taking some mozzarella sticks and pull them in half, create a round shape with each piece and place them inside the sliced onion rings.
5 – Place the pineapple ring slices on top of the mozzarella and onion.
6 – Start layering bacon; take a slice of bacon and roll it around (see photo), using as many slices as needed to cover the entire shape.
7 – Place them on the grill until the bacon is fully cooked.
8 – Serve immediately and enjoy the melted cheese inside.

You can make this part of a meal by adding a sauce or vegetables and serving together.
