Pizza dough (2 pizza crusts 30cm in diameter)
-2/3 glasses of warm water
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-0.5 teaspoons of salt
-6.5g of dry yeast
-2-2.5 cups of flour
1 Mix the water with olive oil
2 Mix the flour with dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a large container
3 Make a pit in the flour and pour water and olive oil inside
4 Knead the dough
5 Let the dough stand for 30 min in a warm place
When the dough is ready, split into 2 parts, roll out and add the desired ingredients.
Bake at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes.
P.S. Add cheese once the pizza is almost ready, so it melts but doesn’t burn.
